The terms and conditions offered here constitute the agreement between you and Fleet Airport Cabs. Booking a Minicab and using the service indicates that you have unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions as they are listed in the agreement.

Definitions

In this agreement, “Fleet Airport Cabs,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service provider, while “you” and “your” may pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 You are responsible for ensuring sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in requirements. Fleet Airport Cabs will not be liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for collection.

2.2 It is your responsibility to select a car size that accommodates your party and luggage. We do not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage, and, regardless of age, a child is considered a single passenger.

2.3 If wheelchair access is required, kindly specify this at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust the quote in case of substantial itinerary changes.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be subject to standard Fleet Airport Cabs rates. We strive to accommodate flight delays but are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Fleet Airport Cabs of any discrepancies may result in delays or costs for which we are not liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.

The Service

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle.

4.3 All children in the vehicle must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We cannot carry more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance.

Cancellations

5.1 In case of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. If a cancellation occurs after dispatch, charges will apply, calculated based on

the distance and time covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Cancellations made before vehicle dispatch for online bookings may incur a charge against the original payment.

Liability

6.1 While we endeavor to ensure punctual arrivals, we are not responsible for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Under no circumstances will Fleet Airport Cabs be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a vehicle breakdown during the journey, we will make efforts to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You will not hold Fleet Airport Cabs responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters defined as unenforceable by applicable laws.
